On the day, delegates scan a QR code and enter their own details, so every name is spelled right. Prefer paper? Take a photo of the register and we'll read the delegates' details off it automatically.
However they checked in, we match each delegate to the right booking. You run down the list and confirm.
Record each delegate's learning outcomes, flagging anyone who didn't pass. It builds a permanent audit trail, so if you're ever asked to justify a certificate you have proof of who passed and when.
We generate every certificate for you, on your own branding. Use Qualsafe or another awarding body? We give you a ready-to-upload file instead, saving you from manually copy-pasting everyone's names.
Whether you self-issued the certificate or used an awarding body, we'll email it to the right people. You choose who gets them: your clients, their delegates, or both.
Before certificates expire, we automatically remind your clients. We'll even prompt them to book annual refresher training, turning past courses into repeat bookings.

Yes. Bring them in from a CSV file, or scan your paper registers. There's a bit of work to line everything up, and we'll help you through it during onboarding. It's worth it: once they're in, we'll chase the renewals for you, so past courses turn into repeat bookings.
No. Bringing in your history is free. Imported certificates don't count towards your yearly delegate allowance.
